elvencrown is a Ukrainian online store that offers products for purchase with delivery across Ukraine.
These Terms regulate the relationship between you (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) and us (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) when using the website and placing orders.
2. Order Placement and Processing
- Orders are placed through the website by filling out the order form.
- After placing an order, we confirm it via the contact details you provided (see “Contacts”).
- We reserve the right to refuse order processing without explanation (for example, if the item is out of stock).
3. Payment
- Payment is accepted only via cash on delivery upon receiving the goods through “Nova Poshta” or “Ukrposhta”.
- The cost of the cash-on-delivery service is determined by the carrier’s rates and is paid by the Customer.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine via “Nova Poshta” or “Ukrposhta”.
- Delivery cost: from 50 UAH to 250 UAH, depending on the weight, dimensions, and region (the exact amount is specified when placing the order).
- Delivery time:
- 1-3 business days — “Nova Poshta”;
- 2-5 business days — “Ukrposhta”.

5. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via “Contacts”.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a return after receiving the product (see “Returns and Exchanges”).
6. Returns and Exchanges
- The return and exchange policy is described on the “Returns and Exchanges” page.
- We accept returns within 30 days, provided that the item has not been used and its packaging is intact.
7. Responsibilities of the Parties
- We guarantee the shipment of goods according to the order and within the specified time frame (1 business day after confirmation, unless otherwise stated).
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier (“Nova Poshta” or “Ukrposhta”).
- The Customer must inspect the item upon receipt and report any defects within 30 days.
8. Restrictions
- The products on the website are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- It is prohibited to use the website for illegal purposes or to resell goods without our consent.
9. Intellectual Property
- All materials on the website (photos, descriptions, design) belong to elvencrown and are protected by copyright.
- Copying or using materials without permission is prohibited.
10. Changes to the Terms
- We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on the website.
- By continuing to use the website after changes are made, you agree to the new version of the Terms.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances (war, natural disasters, carrier disruptions).
