Payment
We accept cash-on-delivery payments when you receive your order at a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch. You pay for your order upon receiving it, after checking its contents. At the moment, other payment methods (such as bank cards or prepayment) are not available. The cost of the cash-on-delivery service is determined by the tariffs of the selected carrier (Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta) and is added to the total order amount.
Delivery
We provide nationwide delivery across Ukraine via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. You can choose your preferred delivery method when placing an order.
Delivery cost:
Within Ukraine: from 50 UAH to 250 UAH, depending on the weight, size of the package, and delivery region. The exact cost is calculated when placing an order on our website. Check the carrier tariffs here:

Delivery time:
- Nova Poshta: 1-6 business days from the shipping date.
- Ukrposhta: 3-7 business days from the shipping date.
Delivery payment:
The customer pays for the delivery according to the selected carrier’s tariffs. We do not charge any additional shipping fees.
How it works:
- You place an order on our website and choose a delivery method (Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta).
- During checkout, you will see the exact delivery cost, calculated based on the product weight and your region.
- We dispatch your order within 3 business days after confirmation.
- You receive your package at the branch and pay for the order along with the delivery cost.
