Once the order is placed, your data is transferred to a private Telegram chat accessible only to the store’s authorized staff (Store Administrator).

  • The data is stored in an encrypted format in Telegram, which uses end-to-end encryption for security.
  • We do not use third-party servers or databases for storage, except Telegram.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored in the Telegram chat only until you receive your order (confirmed delivery from “Nova Poshta” or “Ukrposhta”).

After the order is received, all your personal data (name, address, phone number, email, and order details) will be manually deleted from the chat within 24 hours.

We do not retain copies of your data after order completion, except in cases required by law (e.g., for resolving return disputes).

Who We Share Your Data With

Your data (name, phone number, address) is shared only with the selected delivery service (“Nova Poshta” or “Ukrposhta”) to process the shipment.

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or other purposes.

How We Protect Your Data
