Goods of proper quality
If the product doesn’t suit you or if you’ve changed your mind, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the moment you receive the package. Return conditions:
- The product has not been used, its consumer properties, appearance, original packaging, tags, and the box are intact.
How to return or exchange:
- Make sure the product meets the return conditions.
- Contact us via the “Contact” page to confirm the return.
- Send the product via “Nova Poshta” to the address: Dnipropetrovsk region, Kamensky district, Novonikolaevka village, School Street, 2A. Recipient: Kuznetsova Anastasia Andreevna. The return is made through the nearest post office to our warehouse.
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you of the status via the contact information you provided.
Goods of improper quality
If you find a defect within 30 days of receiving the product, you can:
- Request a price reduction, free repair, or reimbursement of repair costs.
- In case of substantial defects (confirmed by expertise), return the product for a full refund or exchange it for an identical one.
Procedure:
- Contact us via the “Contact” page with a description of the problem and attach a photo of the defect.
- Send the product to the address mentioned above via “Nova Poshta.”
- We will conduct an inspection or examination (if necessary) within 14 days from receipt. If the defect is confirmed, we will cover the shipping and inspection costs. Otherwise, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
- Once the defect is confirmed, the money will be returned to your account. If the payment was made via cash on delivery, the refund will be provided in cash during your next order.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, such as underwear, cosmetics, and items whose packaging has been opened and lost its marketable appearance. Please check the details via the “Contact” page.
